DISTRICT 7
SENIORS/BIG LEAGUE
Are you 14 – 18 years of age and still would like to play fast-pitch softball or baseball?
The season starts when high schools in the area finish their season, usually the second week of May. Exact dates are yet to be determined. If you are interested in playing Big League ball, please contact us at the information below.
You don’t have to be on a high school team. The only requirement is that you live within District 7 boundaries. Basically, if you played for one of the Little Leagues in District 7 you can sign up to play Big League. If you are new to the area, District 7 covers all of Salem, Keizer, Albany, Turner, Corvallis, Mt. Angel, Silverton, Dallas and Independence.
Depending on the number that sign up for Big League, determines the number of teams. There’s a real good possibility that some traveling will be involved as we will play other districts in our area. Games are generally scheduled on Saturday/Sunday and most are double-headers.
Big League, like Little League, has state, regional and World Series play. If this interests you, please contact us by April 1st. Contact person is: Debbie Bedel, (503 )585-6892, email –
